NBC states that "practitioners say these ancient wellness routines can provide stress relief at home during the pandemic. While many of the benefits behind the branch of medicine are still scientifically unproven, and experts warn it shouldn’t be used as a replacement for conventional treatments for serious conditions, practitioners say it can be a source of stress relief and wellness during quarantine."
