You can not do it wrong.
You can only do it good, better, or best!"
Master Chunyi Lin
Eight Pieces of Brocade - Baduanjin qigong(八段錦)
Practice with the concept of “wu wei” (pronounced “ooo-way) in mind. This translates to “effortless action”.
Which is letting go of expectations, leaning into the natural ups & downs of life and accepting what is.
This will allow you to bend, not break, when life's resistance pushes against you.
Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. These classes are not intended to diagnose any medical condition or to replace your healthcare professional.
Consult with your healthcare professional to determine if qigong is right for you.
If you experience any pain or difficulty with any of these exercises, stop and consult your healthcare provider.
