What should I wear when I come to class?
No special workout clothes are needed. Loose fitting clothes that allow for a full range of motion including stretching and bending are best. Depending on where class is held sneakers are generally fine although many people like to go barefoot in order to feel more grounded.
Can I attend if I have never done Qigong?
All classes are suitable for beginners. Please advise us if you have any physical limitations so that we may suggest alternatives to movements that might bother you.
