On November 8th, Lee Holden is hosting a 3-Hour Virtual Workshop on Acupressure & Meridians for Self-Healing. Streamed Live Online in HD. Discover how to use acupressure for self-healing by clicking on this LINK.
According to Holden Qigong: "You’ll learn how to use acupressure like an energetic “first aid kit.” You can use what you learn to help relieve pain and activate your body’s self-healing powers at any time. As well as a unique combination of both acupressure and Qi Gong to amplify the healing effects of both practices and which acupressure points to use to help relieve yourself (and others) from common ailments such as headaches, immune system imbalance, low back pain, and more.
What is acupressure?
Acupressure is a 2,000-year-old method used to send a signal to the body to “turn on” its own self-healing powers.
How does it work?
Normally, Qi (life-force energy) circulates through energy pathways in the body called meridians.
Blockages of this flow can cause illness and pain
Acupressure helps restore the flow of Qi through the meridians in your body… which helps return your body to its natural state of well-being.
It can relieve pain so quickly that some United States Military doctors are using its principles to relieve pain in the ER.
Air Force Doctor (Captain) Carl Bryce said, "I call it a nudge toward healing. I believe it recruits your body's natural healing mechanisms."
He went on to say he frequently uses it in the ER for soldiers with musculoskeletal-type pain as well as headaches and migraines. He said, “80 percent of patients will experience at least a 50 percent reduction in pain.”
In the Acupressure Workshop, you will learn:
